Ed passed away January 14, 2019. He had been ill for some time.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Edward Russell Kellogg Jr. NORTH RICHLAND HILLS--Edward Russell Kellogg Jr., 75, passed away Monday, Jan. 14, 2019. MEMORIAL SERVICE: 2 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 17, 2019, at Lucas Funeral Home Chapel, 1321 Precinct Line Road, Hurst, Texas, 76053. A celebration of his life will follow at his residence. Ed was born March 19, 1943, in Spokane, Wash. Ed Kellogg was a man larger than life and was passionate about every endeavor he undertook. He was a true Entrepreneur who had many careers and excelled in all he did. He loved life, family and friends. He will be dearly missed by all. Ed was preceded in death by his parents, Ed and Dorothy Kellogg, and his brother, William Kellogg. SURVIVORS: Ed is survived by his wife of 38 years, Janie Brackman Kellogg; his daughter, Kimberly Vasquez, her husband, Alex, and their children, Victoria and Gabriel of Fallbrook, Calif.; his son, Brad Kellogg, and wife, Kelly, and their children, Christian, Hannah and Ryan of McKinney, Texas.

Just saw this but Ed was a good friend. We lived very close to each other and his Dad was the Elks manager - my Grandfather who adopted me at a young age, along with my Grandmother, was a very active member of the Elks.
A few years later, Ed and I were in a commpetitive, but professional relationship fellow as Platoon Leaders, in the National Guard Infantry Company in Wenatchee. He was a great officer and I loved working with him. We accomplished a lot together as a Team............I will always cherish that experience!
